How Long Are Photos Stored?


Photos and gallery links are stored in the cloud for 2 years from the date of the event. During this time:


  • Gallery links remain active and accessible
  • Guests can view and download their photos
  • You can access the gallery from your account



What Happens After 2 Years?


After the 2-year storage period, photos are removed from cloud storage. This means:


  • Gallery links stop working
  • Photos will no longer be accessible online
  • Any locally stored copies on your iPad remain unaffected



Backing Up Your Photos


We recommend downloading and backing up important event galleries:


  • Download from the app — Save photos to your iPad's photo library
  • Share with clients promptly — Send gallery links to clients soon after the event so they can save what they need
  • Keep local backups — Store important events on an external drive or cloud storage service

  • Share gallery links quickly — Send them to your clients within a day or two of the event while the excitement is still fresh
  • Download your best work — Save standout photos for your portfolio before they expire
  • Remind clients to download — Include a note in your follow-up that gallery links are available for a limited time
