Gallery Settings & Branding (Pro)

Make your event galleries look like they belong to your brand — with custom logos, colors, and titles. This is a Pro plan feature.

When guests access their event gallery (via QR code, SMS link, or email), they see a web page with their photos. With gallery branding, you can customize what that page looks like — so it carries your brand instead of a generic layout.

What You Can Customize

Go to DashboardSettingsGallery tab:

  • Show only templates — Toggle to show only the polished template versions (not raw photos)
  • Slideshow interval — How fast photos rotate in slideshow mode
  • Showcase speed — Speed of the gallery showcase animation

  • Gallery title — Custom heading displayed on the gallery page
  • Gallery subtitle — Secondary text beneath the title

Branding (Settings → Branding tab)

  • Custom logo — Upload your business logo to display on galleries
  • Brand color — Set a custom accent color that matches your brand
  • Profile picture — Upload your profile image

How It Looks

When a guest opens the gallery:

  • Your logo appears at the top
  • Your brand color accents the interface
  • Your gallery title and subtitle set the tone
  • Photos display in a clean, branded layout

It turns a basic photo gallery into a professional, branded experience.

Pro Plan Required

Gallery branding features are available on the Pro plan only. On Basic, galleries use the default ALIVE styling.

Upgrade from DashboardSettings or from the upgrade prompts throughout the app.

Tips

  • Use a high-quality logo — This shows up on every gallery your guests see
  • Pick a brand color that pops — It should match your overall brand but also look good on screen
  • Customize the title — Something like "Your Photos" or your business name works great
  • Show templates only — If your templates look polished, toggle this on for a cleaner gallery

Branded galleries are a subtle but powerful touch. When a client sees their guests sharing links with your logo on them, that's free marketing that works.
