Web Dashboard Overview

The ALIVE web dashboard is your command center for managing your photobooth business from any browser — device management, gallery customization, subscription management, and more — without needing your iPad in hand.

Accessing the Dashboard

  1. Open photobooth.alive-pic.com/dashboard in any modern web browser
  2. Log in with your ALIVE account credentials (the same ones you use in the app)

The dashboard works on desktop, laptop, and tablet browsers. No installation required.

What's on the Dashboard

Device Management

View all the devices registered to your account at a glance. The dashboard shows:

  • Registered devices — Each iPad linked to your account, with its device name
  • Seat count — How many device seats your plan includes
  • Available slots — How many additional devices you can register

If you need more device seats, you can add them from the dashboard or from within the app. See the article on adding a new device seat for details.

Event Overview

Browse your recent events and get a quick snapshot of your activity.

  • Recent events — A list of your latest events with thumbnails
  • Filter by time — View events from today, this week, or this month
  • Image counts — See how many photos were captured per event

This is especially useful for tracking volume across busy weekends or reviewing which events produced the most content.

Subscription Management

Keep tabs on your plan and billing without digging through email receipts.

  • Current plan — See whether you are on Basic or Pro
  • Billing cycle — Monthly or yearly, with your next billing date
  • Manage via Stripe — Click through to the Stripe customer portal to update payment methods, view invoices, or change your plan

Configure how your guest-facing gallery looks and behaves. This is where you set up the gallery view mode:

  • View mode — Choose between Standard Grid, Slideshow, or Netflix Showcase
  • Slideshow settings — Interval, transition style
  • Showcase settings — Scroll speed

See Gallery View Modes for a detailed breakdown of each option.

Pro Features

If you are on the Pro plan, the dashboard gives you access to gallery branding tools:

  • Custom logo upload
  • Brand color picker
  • Gallery title and subtitle
  • Gallery-only template mode

If you are on the Basic plan, this section shows what is available with an upgrade and lets you subscribe to Pro directly.

See Customizing Your Gallery (Pro) for full details.

Affiliate Dashboard

If you are enrolled in the ALIVE affiliate program, the dashboard includes a dedicated section for tracking your referrals:

  • Referral link — Your unique link to share
  • Referral activity — Who signed up through your link
  • Earnings — Commission tracking and payout information

The affiliate section only appears if you are enrolled in the affiliate program. See What is the Affiliate Program? for details on joining.

Help and Support

The dashboard also includes quick access to support resources:

  • Schedule an onboarding call — Book a one-on-one walkthrough with the ALIVE team
  • Tutorial cards — Quick-start guides and tips right on the dashboard
