Templates Management
The web dashboard gives you a full template library and a built-in editor — so you can create and customize your print designs without ever leaving your browser.
Browsing Your Templates
- Go to Dashboard → Templates
- Browse all your templates with thumbnail previews
- See the total count of available templates
- Templates load in batches (50 at a time) — scroll to load more
Creating a New Template
- Click Create New Template
- The template editor opens with a blank canvas
- Design your template using the built-in tools (see below)
- Save when you're done
Your new template will be available for selection in any event.
The Template Editor
The editor is a full canvas-based design tool right in your browser:
- Photo slots — Add and position where guest photos will appear
- Text overlays — Add event names, dates, hashtags, or any custom text
- Images and backgrounds — Upload logos, borders, and background designs
- Layers — Control which elements sit on top of others
- Custom sizes — Design for any paper size (2x6 strips, 4x6 cards, 6x4 landscape, or custom dimensions)
Editing Existing Templates
- Click on any template to open it in the editor
- Make your changes
- Save
Changes apply immediately — if the template is assigned to an event, the updated version will be used.
Template Library
In addition to creating your own templates from scratch, you can browse and install ready-made designs from the shared Template Library.
- Go to Dashboard → Templates
- Click Template Library
- Browse professional templates with thumbnail previews
- Filter by event type — Birthday, Wedding, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Corporate, Baby Shower, Graduation, Holiday, Party, Engagement, Anniversary
- Filter by layout — Strip, Card, or Magnet
- Search — Type keywords to find specific styles
- Click Use Template to add any design to your account
Templates load in batches of 48 — scroll down to load more. Once you add a library template, it becomes fully editable in your template editor just like any template you created yourself.
Tips
- Design for your paper size — Make sure your template dimensions match the paper you'll be printing on
- Keep it clean — A great template highlights the guest's photo, not the background noise
- Use high-resolution images — Blurry logos or backgrounds will look bad on prints
- Test before events — Print a test copy to make sure everything lines up
