How to Subscribe


To subscribe, purchase a license from our website:


  1. Go to alive-pic.com
  2. Choose your plan (Basic or Pro)
  3. Select your billing cycle (Monthly or Yearly)
  4. Complete the purchase through the secure checkout
  5. You'll receive an email with instructions to get started


You can also subscribe from within the app — when you download ALIVE and try to register a device, you'll be guided through the purchase process.

Payment & Activation


All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your plan activates immediately — no waiting, no manual activation. Stripe sends email receipts for all transactions.



Changing Plans


Upgrading (Basic → Pro)


  1. Go to the web dashboard at photobooth.alive-pic.com/dashboard
  2. Select Pro
  3. Complete the checkout
  4. New features activate immediately


Downgrading (Pro → Basic)


  1. Go to the web dashboard
  2. Select Basic
  3. Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period


Changing Billing Cycle


  1. Go to the web dashboard
  2. Select the new billing cycle (monthly ↔ yearly)
  3. The change takes effect at the next renewal



Canceling


You can cancel anytime:


  1. Go to the web dashboard
  2. Cancel your subscription
  3. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
  4. After that, your account is deactivated until you resubscribe


No cancellation fees. No questions asked. Your data (events, templates, effects) is preserved if you resubscribe later.



Tips


  • Go yearly if you can — The savings are significant over 12 months
  • Subscribe before your first event — Make sure all features are available when you need them
  • Don't cancel before a big event — Make sure your plan is active when you need it
  • Check renewal dates — Know when your next billing cycle starts
  • Check your plan status — You can always verify on the web dashboard
