Share Profile & Effects Showcase

Your Share Profile is a shareable link that lets potential clients browse your AI effects — it's your best sales tool for showing (not telling) what your booth can do.



What Is Share Profile?


Your Share Profile gives you a link you can copy and send to potential customers. When they open it, they see:


  • Your business name
  • Your available AI effects
  • The ability to select an effect and see what it looks like


It's a lightweight demo — copy the link, send it, and let the effects sell themselves.



Setting Up Your Profile


Your Share Profile automatically uses the name you registered with when you created your ALIVE account. There's nothing to configure in the app.


To change the name displayed:


  1. Go to the web dashboard at photobooth.alive-pic.com/dashboard
  2. Update your brand name in Settings



Sharing Your Profile


  1. Go to your Share Profile section in the app
  2. Copy the link
  3. Send it to clients via email, text, WhatsApp, or any messaging app


That's it — no QR codes, no complicated setup. Just copy and send.



How to Use It for Sales


In Your Outreach


  • Include the link in your initial pitch emails
  • Add it to proposals and quotes: "Browse our effects here: [your link]"
  • Drop it in follow-up messages after client meetings
  • Put it on social media or your website


During Client Meetings


Pull up your Share Profile on your phone or iPad:


  1. Open your Share Profile link
  2. Walk the client through available effects
  3. Let them pick effects for their event on the spot



Upselling with Effects
