Managing Collected Contacts

Every time a guest shares their photos via SMS or email, their contact info is saved. Here's how to view, export, and use that data.

What Gets Collected?

  • Phone numbers — from SMS sharing
  • Email addresses — from email sharing

Contacts are automatically stored and linked to the event where they were collected.

Viewing Your Contacts

  1. Tap the Profile icon (top right corner) and go to Contacts
  2. Browse the collected contact information
  3. Filter by event to see contacts from a specific occasion

You can also view contacts from the web dashboard under ClientsContacts.

  2. Select the event or date range you want to export
  3. Tap Export
  4. The export downloads as a CSV file

Common Use Cases

  • Client delivery — Most corporate clients want the contact list after the event. Export and send it promptly.
  • Your own marketing — Build a list of people who've used your booth. With permission, send follow-ups, share your portfolio, or offer referral discounts.
  • CRM integration — Import the CSV into your CRM or email marketing tool (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)

Privacy Considerations

  • Be transparent — If your client plans to use contacts for marketing, guests should know
  • Follow local laws — GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations may apply
  • Secure the data — Don't share contact lists insecurely
  • Don't spam — Use collected data responsibly

Tips

  • Highlight this to clients — "You'll get a full list of guest contacts" is a strong selling point
• Enable both SMS and email — More sharing options = more contacts collected
  • Export after every event — Deliver the contact list to your client as part of your post-event report

Contact collection turns your photo booth from a fun activity into a marketing machine. Many corporate clients will pay more for a booth that collects guest data. Factor it into your pricing.
