What Are AI Video Effects?
While standard AI effects transform a photo into a new artistic style (like Anime or Pop Art), AI Video Effects go further by generating a short animated video from the guest's photo. The AI first transforms the image into the chosen style, then brings it to life with motion and animation.
Think of it as turning a still photo into a mini movie — a few seconds of animated magic that guests will want to share everywhere.
How They Work
- Guest selects an AI Video Effect on the attraction screen
- Guest takes their photo on the capture screen
- The AI first transforms the photo into the selected style (just like a regular AI effect)
- Then, a second AI step generates an animated video from the styled image — adding motion, expressions, and movement
- The finished video appears on the share screen for preview, download, and sharing
The processing takes slightly longer than photo effects since it's a two-step process — style the image first, then animate it. But the result is worth the wait.

Credit Pricing
AI Video Effects use the same pay-as-you-go credit system as photo effects, but at a higher rate due to the additional processing power required:
- Photo effect: 15 credits per image (~$0.15)
- Video effect: 40 credits per video (~$0.40)

Creating AI Videos from the Dashboard
You can also create AI videos from the web dashboard:
- Go to Dashboard → My Effects
- Click Create New Effect
- Choose video generation
- Upload a photo and watch the AI work its magic
- Track the progress in real time
