Downloading and Exporting Photos

Want to save photos to your device, send them to a client, or add them to your portfolio? Here's how to download and export from the gallery.

Downloading to Your Device

1. Open the Gallery
2. Find the photo you want to download
3. Tap on it to view full-screen
4. Tap the Download or Save button
5. The photo is saved to your iPad's Photos app

Downloading Multiple Photos

You can select multiple photos for batch download:

1. Enter selection mode in the gallery
2. Tap on each photo you want to download
3. Tap Download Selected
4. All selected photos are saved to your Photos app

Sharing from the Gallery

Beyond downloading, you can share gallery items directly:

• Native share — Open the share sheet to AirDrop, message, or post
• Gallery link — Share the cloud gallery URL with your client

Use Cases

• Client delivery — Download all event photos and send them to your client
• Portfolio building — Save the best shots for your website or social media
• Backup — Download everything as a local backup
• Post-event sharing — Share additional photos that guests might have missed

Tips

• Save your best work — Great booth photos make excellent marketing material for your business
• Respect privacy — Don't post guest photos on your business social media without permission
• Organize by event — If downloading large batches, organize them into folders on your device
