Configuring Share Options

Different events, different needs. A corporate gala might want QR codes and email sharing, while a birthday party might just need printing. ALIVE lets you customize which sharing options are available on the share screen.



Available Share Options


  • Print — Print photos on the spot
  • QR Code — Guests scan a QR code to access their gallery online
  • SMS — Send a gallery link via text message
  • Email — Send a gallery link via email


You can enable or disable each one independently.



How to Configure


  1. Go to Settings
  2. Find the Sharing section
  3. Toggle each option on or off

How It Affects the Guest Experience


Only the enabled options will appear on the share screen after a guest takes their photos. If you disable everything except Print, that's all they'll see.


Fewer options = faster guest flow. If your client doesn't need SMS or email, turn them off. Guests will spend less time on the share screen and the line moves faster.



Global Settings


Share options are configured globally in Settings and apply to all events. If you need different share options for a specific event, simply update the settings before going live.
