Got a new iPad? Here's how to add it to your ALIVE account.



How to Add a Seat


  1. Go to the web dashboard at photobooth.alive-pic.com/dashboard
  2. Navigate to your subscription
  3. Add a new device seat
  4. Confirm the additional billing (prorated for the current period)
  5. The new seat is activated immediately



Setting Up the New Device


  1. Install ALIVE Photobooth on the new iPad
  2. Sign in with your existing account credentials
  3. The device registers automatically and uses the new seat
  4. Your events, templates, and effects sync to the new device



Prorated Billing


When you add a seat mid-billing cycle, you're only charged for the remaining days in the current period. At the next renewal, the full seat price is included.


Example: If you add a seat 15 days into a monthly cycle, you pay roughly half the monthly rate for that first period.



Managing Multiple Devices


With multiple seats, you can:


  • Run simultaneous booths at the same event
  • Send different iPads to different events on the same day
  • Have a backup device ready to go



Tips


  • Test the new device — Sign in, sync, and run a test event before bringing it to a live event
  • Name each device — Use Device Name to label each iPad so you can tell them apart
  • Plan ahead — Add seats before you need them, not at the event venue while guests are waiting


Adding a seat is instant. If you land a last-minute gig that needs two booths, you can add a seat on the spot.
