Web Dashboard Overview
The ALIVE Web Dashboard is your command center for managing your photo booth business — all from your browser. No iPad needed.
What Is the Web Dashboard?
The web dashboard is the browser-based version of ALIVE, available at photobooth.alive-pic.com/dashboard. It gives you access to features that go way beyond what the iPad app offers — from event analytics to client management to template design.
Think of the iPad as the tool you use at events. The dashboard is the tool you use everywhere else.
What Can You Do Here?
Here's a quick overview of everything available in the dashboard:
- Dashboard Home — See your total events, devices, effects used, and top-performing effects at a glance
- Events — Create, view, and manage all your events with stats and galleries
- My Effects — View your custom AI effects and create new ones
- Templates — Browse, create, and edit templates using the built-in editor
- Clients — Manage your clients, bookings, and employees (your built-in CRM)
- Website — Build and customize your public landing page and portfolio
- Devices — Manage your registered devices and seat licenses
- Affiliate — Track your affiliate earnings and payouts
- Settings — Configure your profile, gallery branding, and more
Getting Started
- Go to photobooth.alive-pic.com
- Sign in with your ALIVE account
- You'll land on the Dashboard Home page
From there, use the sidebar to navigate between sections.
Dashboard Home
The home page gives you a bird's-eye view of your business:
- Total Events — How many events you've created
- Total Devices — How many devices are registered to your account
- Effects Used — Total AI effects applied across all events
- Top Effects — Your most popular effects with usage counts and cost breakdown
- Recent Events — Quick access to your latest events
- Effect Usage by Event — See which events used the most effects
Pro Features
Some dashboard features are available only on the Pro plan:
- Custom gallery branding (logo, colors, titles)
- Advanced template editor features
- Custom AI effect creation
You'll see upgrade prompts when trying to access Pro-only features on a Basic plan.
Tips
- Check your dashboard regularly — It's the best place to track your business stats and prepare for upcoming events
- Bookmark it — Add photobooth.alive-pic.com/dashboard to your bookmarks for quick access
- Use it for client prep — Before a meeting, pull up your effects, templates, and past events to show what you can do
