Managing Events from the Dashboard

The web dashboard gives you full control over your events — create new ones, review past ones, check stats, and manage galleries, all from your browser.

Viewing Your Events

  1. Go to DashboardEvents
  2. See all your events listed with cover images
  3. Filter by date range: Today, This Week, This Month, or All
  4. Events are paginated (12 per page)

Each event card shows the event name, date, and a quick preview.

Creating a New Event

You can create events directly from the dashboard:

  1. Click Create Event
  2. Enter your event details (title, date, settings)
3. Configure your template, effects, and sharing options
  4. Save

The event will sync to your iPad automatically.

Event Details Page

Click on any event to see its full details:

  • Event statistics — How many photos were taken, effects applied, prints made
  • Effect usage breakdown — Which effects were used and how much they cost
  • Gallery — All the photos and media from the event
  • Templates — Which templates are assigned to this event
  • Effects — Which effects are available (global + custom)
  • Remote settings — Manage event settings remotely

Remote Settings

One of the dashboard's most powerful features — you can change event settings remotely while the event is running on an iPad. No need to walk over to the booth.

Tips

  • Review events after they end — Check the stats, see which effects were popular, and use that info for future events
  • Use filters — If you've run hundreds of events, the date filters help you find what you're looking for quickly
  • Prep events ahead of time — Create and configure events from the comfort of your desk, then just go live on the iPad at the venue
