What Changes?
- All app interface text — menus, buttons, labels, navigation
- Settings screens — every setting and option
- System messages — alerts, confirmations, and prompts
- RTL layout activates automatically for Hebrew and Arabic — text and UI elements flip to right-to-left
What Stays in Your Hands?
Some text is yours to write in whatever language you choose, regardless of the app language:
- Print template text — Event names, hashtags, and branding
- SMS and email templates — The messages guests receive
- Event names and descriptions — What you name your events
This means you can run the app in English for your operators while sending guests messages in French, Hebrew, or any other language.
Tips
- Match your operators' language — The app language is for your team. Guest-facing text is set separately.
- RTL works seamlessly — Hebrew and Arabic fully support right-to-left layouts. Everything flips naturally.
- Custom templates stay as-is — Switching the app language won't change your template designs
- Request your language — The ALIVE team actively adds languages based on demand
