Integrations Overview

ALIVE connects with external tools to help you run your photo booth business more efficiently. Here's a look at what's available.

Where to Find Integrations

  1. Log in to the ALIVE web dashboard at photobooth.alive-pic.com/dashboard
  2. Navigate to Integrations in the sidebar
  3. Browse available integrations organized by category

Available Integrations

Payments

Stripe Connect — Accept deposits and payments directly from your proposals. Clients can pay via credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. All money goes straight to your Stripe account.

Cloud Storage

Google Drive — Automatically back up your event photos and videos to Google Drive. Keep a cloud copy of everything without manual downloads.

  • Status: Available
  • Cost: Free to connect (uses your Google Drive storage quota)

How Integrations Work

Each integration follows a similar pattern:

  1. Connect — Click the connect button and follow the setup flow for that service
  2. Configure — Adjust any settings specific to that integration
  3. Use — The integration works automatically in the relevant parts of ALIVE (e.g., Stripe appears in proposals)
  4. Manage — View status, update settings, or disconnect from the Integrations page

Integration Status Indicators

On the Integrations page, each card shows its current status:

  • Available — Ready to connect, not yet set up
  • Connected — Active and working
  • Pending — Connected but awaiting verification from the provider

Coming Soon

The integrations system is built to grow. Future categories may include:

  • Messaging — Connect messaging platforms for automated client communication
  • Email — Integration with email marketing tools
  • Calendar — Sync events with your calendar

Keep an eye on the Integrations page for new additions. When a new integration becomes available, it'll show up automatically.

Tips

  • Connect Stripe early — If you send proposals to clients, having Stripe set up means you can accept payments from day one
  • Check status regularly — Some integrations (like Stripe) may require periodic verification updates
  • Disconnect cleanly — If you need to switch accounts or providers, disconnect the old integration before connecting a new one
