Gallery Overview — Viewing Captured Photos and Videos

Every photo and video captured in ALIVE is stored in your gallery. It's your central hub for reviewing, managing, and sharing all the media from your events.

To access the gallery, open a specific event and tap the Gallery section inside it. Each event has its own gallery with all the photos and videos captured during that event.

Media is organized by event and session. Each guest session (one round of photos) is grouped together, making it easy to find specific captures.

Each event has its own gallery. Open an event to browse all the photos and videos captured during that event.

  • Photos — All captured photos from booth sessions
  • AI-effected photos — Transformed versions with AI effects applied
  • ALIVE videos — Animated videos from the ALIVE Effect

From the gallery, you can:

  • View — Tap any photo to see it full-screen
  • Download — Save photos to your device's photo library
  • Delete — Remove photos you don't need
  • Share — Share individual photos using native share

Cloud Sync

When connected to the internet, your gallery syncs to secure cloud storage. This means:

  • Photos are backed up automatically
  • You can access them from other devices logged into the same account
  • Gallery links shared via QR, SMS, or email point to the cloud gallery
  • Photos and gallery links are stored in the cloud for at least 2 years. See Gallery Link Expiration for details.

Cloud sync requires an internet connection. If you're offline during an event, photos are stored locally on the device only. They will not automatically sync to the cloud later.

On the Pro plan, you can customize how your gallery looks when guests access it:

  • Custom logo — Display your business logo on the gallery page
  • Brand colors — Set a custom accent color that matches your brand
  • Gallery title & subtitle — Add custom text to the gallery page
  • Template-only mode — Show only the polished template versions, not raw photos
  • Slideshow settings — Control the slideshow speed and showcase animation

These settings are configured from the web dashboard under SettingsGallery and SettingsBranding. See Gallery Settings & Branding for the full walkthrough.

Tips

  • Review after every event — Scan through the gallery to make sure everything captured correctly
  • Download favorites — Save standout photos for your portfolio or social media
  • Clean up periodically — Delete old event galleries you no longer need to free up storage
  • Upgrade to Pro for branding — Branded galleries look professional and give you free marketing every time a guest shares the link
