Viewing Collected Contacts

Every time a guest shares their photos via SMS or email, their contact info is saved. This is a goldmine for your clients — and for your own marketing.

What Contacts Are Collected?

When guests use SMS or email sharing, they provide:

Phone numbers (from SMS sharing)
Email addresses (from email sharing)

These are automatically stored and associated with the event they attended.

How to View Contacts

Tap the Profile icon (top right corner) and go to Contacts
Browse the collected contact information
Filter by event to see contacts from a specific occasion

What You Can Do with Contacts

Review — See who used the booth and how they shared
Export — Download the contact list for your client or your own use (see Exporting Contact Data)
Deliver to clients — Many clients book photo booths specifically for the lead generation

Privacy Considerations

Collected contacts are shared voluntarily by guests when they choose to receive their photos. However:

Be transparent — If your client plans to use contacts for marketing, guests should know
Follow local laws — GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations may apply to how contact data is used
Secure the data — Don't leave contact lists lying around or share them insecurely

Contact collection is a valuable add-on to your photo booth service. Many corporate clients will pay more for a booth that collects guest data. Factor it into your pricing.

Tips

Highlight this to clients — "You'll get a full list of guest contacts" is a strong selling point
Enable both SMS and email — More sharing options = more contacts collected
Export after every event — Download and deliver the contact list to your client promptly
