Exporting Contact Data

Collected contacts are most valuable when you can actually use them. Here's how to export your contact data for delivery to clients or your own marketing.

How to Export

  1. Tap the Profile icon (top right corner) and go to Contacts
  2. Select the event or date range you want to export
  3. Tap Export
  4. The export downloads as a CSV file

The export format is CSV only. No format selection is needed.

What's Included in the Export

The CSV file contains the following columns:

Column

Description

type

The contact method — sms or email

contact_details

The phone number or email address

event_title

The name of the event where the contact was collected

created_at

Timestamp of when the contact was collected

Common Use Cases

Client Delivery

Most corporate clients want the contact list after the event. Export and send it to them via email or shared drive.

Your Own Marketing

Build a list of people who've used your booth. With permission, you can:

  • Send follow-up emails about your services
  • Share your portfolio
  • Offer referral discounts

CRM Integration

Export the data and import it into your CRM or email marketing tool (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).

Privacy Reminders

  • Get consent — Make sure guests know their data may be shared with the event organizer
  • Comply with regulations — Follow GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws
  • Don't spam — Nobody likes unsolicited marketing. Use collected data responsibly.
  • Secure delivery — When sharing contact lists with clients, use secure methods (not unencrypted email)

Contact data is one of the most tangible ROI deliverables you can offer corporate clients. It turns your photo booth from "entertainment" into a "lead generation tool."
