Running more than one booth? ALIVE uses a seat-based licensing model that lets you add devices to your account as your business grows.



What Is a Seat?


A seat is a device license. Each iPad running ALIVE needs its own seat. Your subscription includes one seat, and you can add more as needed.



How It Works


  • 1 seat = 1 device can use ALIVE
  • 2 seats = 2 devices can use ALIVE simultaneously
  • N seats = N devices


All devices on the same account share:


  • Your events and templates
  • Your effect library and custom effects
  • Your subscription plan (Basic or Pro)



Checking Your Current Seats


  1. Go to the web dashboard at photobooth.alive-pic.com/dashboard
  2. View your current seat count and which devices are registered



Pricing


Additional seats are billed at the same rate as your plan:


  • Basic Monthly: $24 per device / month
  • Basic Yearly: $12 per device / month (billed annually)
  • Pro Monthly: $49 per device / month
  • Pro Yearly: $29 per device / month (billed annually)


When you add a seat mid-billing cycle, the cost is prorated — you only pay for the remaining time in the current period.

Tips


  • Add seats before big events — If you're running multiple booths, make sure all devices are licensed
  • Yearly saves more with multiple devices — The discount compounds: 3 devices yearly vs monthly saves a significant amount
  • Remove unused seats — If you sell an iPad or stop using a device, remove the seat from the web dashboard under Device Management to stop being billed. See Registering a Device for step-by-step removal instructions.
