Managing Your Subscription

Need to change plans, update billing, or cancel? All subscription management is done through the web dashboard.



Accessing Your Subscription


Go to photobooth.alive-pic.com/dashboard and log in with your ALIVE account. From there you can view your current plan, billing cycle, and renewal date.



Changing Plans


Upgrading (Basic → Pro)


  1. Go to the web dashboard
  2. Select Pro
  3. Complete the checkout
  4. New features activate immediately


Downgrading (Pro → Basic)


  1. Go to the web dashboard
  2. Select Basic
  3. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period



Changing Billing Cycle


Want to switch from monthly to yearly (or vice versa)?


  1. Go to the web dashboard
  2. Select the new billing cycle
  3. The change takes effect at the next renewal



Canceling


You can cancel your subscription anytime:


  1. Go to the web dashboard
  2. Cancel your subscription
  3. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
  4. After that, your account will be deactivated until you resubscribe


No cancellation fees. No questions asked.



Resubscribing


Changed your mind? You can resubscribe anytime from the web dashboard. Your account data (events, templates, effects) is still there.



Tips


  • Don't cancel before a big event — Make sure your plan is active when you need it
  • Switch to yearly — If you've been monthly for 6+ months, switching to yearly saves money
  • Check renewal dates — Know when your next billing cycle starts
