Contact Details Positioning on Templates

Want your business info on every print? ALIVE lets you add contact details to your templates and control exactly where they appear.

What Are Contact Details?

Contact details are the small text line that shows your business information on the printed output. This typically includes:

  • Your business name
  • Phone number
  • Instagram handle
  • Website URL

You set your contact details once in Settings, and they can appear on any template.

Positioning Options

ALIVE offers multiple positions for your contact details on the template. You can place them at different locations around the template edges:

  • Top, bottom, or sides
  • Various alignment options (left, center, right)

How to Configure

Set Your Contact Details

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Find Contact Details
  3. Enter your business info
  4. Save

Position on Template

  1. Open a template in the editor
  2. Find the Contact Details Position setting
  3. Choose your preferred position
  4. Adjust font size if needed

Font Size

You can customize the font size of the contact details text. Keep it small enough to be subtle but large enough to be legible — especially on printed strips.

Tips

  • Keep it short — "PhotoBooth Pro | @photoboothpro | 555-0123" is perfect. A full paragraph is not.
  • Bottom-center is classic — It's where people expect to see branding on photo prints
  • Test the size — Print a test to make sure the text is readable. Too small and it's wasted space. Too big and it looks aggressive.
  • Match the template style — Your contact details should blend with the template's design, not clash with it.

Contact details are optional. If you don't want any branding on the prints, just leave the position unset or the contact details empty.
