Alignment
- Left — Standard alignment
- Center — Great for titles and centered layouts
- Right — For right-aligned design elements
Style
- Bold — For emphasis
- Italic — For a softer look
Vertical Alignment
Control how text sits within its text box — top, middle, or bottom.
Common Text Elements
Here are text elements most booth operators add:
- Event title — "Sarah & Tom's Wedding"
- Date — "June 15, 2026"
- Hashtag — "#SmithWedding2026"
- Tagline — "Say Cheese!" or "Best Night Ever"
- Contact info — Your business name, Instagram handle, or website
Tips
- Readability first — If guests can't read it, what's the point? Use high-contrast colors and large enough text
- Don't overdo it — One or two text elements is usually plenty. The photos should be the star.
- Match the vibe — Playful fonts for casual events, elegant fonts for formal ones
- Check print size — Text that looks fine on screen might be tiny when printed on a 2x6 strip. Preview at actual print size.
