Deleting Your Account

Need to delete your ALIVE account? You can do it from the app — but please read this first.



Before You Delete


This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account will erase everything associated with it. There is no way to recover your data after deletion.


When you delete your account, the following will be permanently removed:


  • Your profile and account information
  • All events you've created
  • All templates (including custom ones)
  • All gallery photos and videos
  • All contacts collected from events
  • Your AI effects library and custom effects
  • Your subscription (if active, it will be canceled)
  • All device registrations



How to Delete Your Account


  1. Open ALIVE
  2. Go to SettingsAccount
  3. Scroll to the bottom
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Read the warning carefully
  6. Confirm that you want to proceed


You will be asked to confirm your decision. Once you confirm, the deletion process begins immediately and cannot be stopped or reversed.



What Happens to Your Subscription?


If you have an active subscription when you delete your account:


  • Your subscription will be canceled immediately
  • You will not receive a refund for the remaining billing period
  • All plan features will stop working right away


If you just want to stop paying, consider canceling your subscription instead of deleting your account. That way, your data stays intact in case you want to come back later.



Can I Recover My Account?


No. Once your account is deleted, all data is permanently erased from our servers. There is no recovery process. If you want to use ALIVE again after deleting your account, you'll need to create a brand new account and start from scratch.



Tips


  • Export your data first — Download any photos, videos, or contact lists you want to keep before deleting
  • Cancel your subscription instead — If you're just taking a break, canceling your subscription preserves your data
  • Contact support if you're unsure — Reach out to support@alive-pic.com if you have questions before deleting


Think twice before deleting. We've seen booth operators delete their accounts and regret it when they lose years of templates, event data, and custom effects. If there's any chance you'll come back, just cancel your subscription instead.
