Installing the App

Getting ALIVE on your device takes about 30 seconds. That might be the easiest part of running a photobooth business.



Download from the App Store


  1. Open the App Store on your iPad or iPhone
  2. Search for "ALIVE Photobooth"
  3. Tap Get and wait for the download to complete
  4. Open the app — you'll see the welcome screen

Make sure you're downloading the official ALIVE Photobooth app by checking the developer name.



First Launch


When you open ALIVE for the first time, you'll be prompted to:


  1. Grant permissions — Camera, Microphone, Photo Library, and Local Network. Tap "Allow" for each one. You'll need these for the app to work properly.
  2. Sign in or create an account — If you're new, you'll create one in the next step. If you already have an account, just log in.


That's it — you're in!



Updating the App


ALIVE gets regular updates with new effects, features, and improvements. To make sure you're always on the latest version:


  1. Open the App Store
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right
  3. Scroll down to find ALIVE Photobooth
  4. Tap Update if one is available


We recommend turning on automatic updates so you never miss new AI effects or features. Go to Settings > App Store > App Updates on your iPad.
