Subscription Not Activating

Paid for a plan but features aren't unlocked? Here's what to check.



Quick Fixes


1. Refresh Your Account


  • Close ALIVE completely (force close)
  • Reopen the app
  • Check your plan status on the web dashboard at photobooth.alive-pic.com/dashboard
  • Your subscription status should update automatically


2. Check Payment Status


  • Open the confirmation email from Stripe
  • Verify the payment was successful (not declined or pending)
  • Check your bank/card statement for the charge


3. Sign Out and Back In


  1. Sign out of ALIVE
  2. Sign back in with the same account
  3. Your subscription should sync


4. Check Internet Connection


  • Subscription verification requires an internet connection
  • Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi



Common Causes


  • Payment declined — Your card may have been declined. Check with your bank.
  • Wrong account — You might have subscribed on a different account than the one you're signed into
  • Sync delay — Sometimes it takes a minute for the subscription to sync. Wait and try again.



Still Not Working?


Contact ALIVE support at support@alive-pic.com with:


  • Your email address (the one you signed up with)
  • Your Device ID (found in Settings → Account)
  • A screenshot of your Stripe payment confirmation


We'll get it sorted quickly.


Subscription issues are rare and usually resolve with a simple app restart. If it takes more than 5 minutes, contact support.
