Subscription Not Activating
Paid for a plan but features aren't unlocked? Here's what to check.
Quick Fixes
1. Refresh Your Account
- Close ALIVE completely (force close)
- Reopen the app
- Check your plan status on the web dashboard at photobooth.alive-pic.com/dashboard
- Your subscription status should update automatically
2. Check Payment Status
- Open the confirmation email from Stripe
- Verify the payment was successful (not declined or pending)
- Check your bank/card statement for the charge
3. Sign Out and Back In
- Sign out of ALIVE
- Sign back in with the same account
- Your subscription should sync
4. Check Internet Connection
- Subscription verification requires an internet connection
- Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi
Common Causes
- Payment declined — Your card may have been declined. Check with your bank.
- Wrong account — You might have subscribed on a different account than the one you're signed into
- Sync delay — Sometimes it takes a minute for the subscription to sync. Wait and try again.
Still Not Working?
Contact ALIVE support at support@alive-pic.com with:
- Your email address (the one you signed up with)
- Your Device ID (found in Settings → Account)
- A screenshot of your Stripe payment confirmation
