How to Switch Languages

  1. Tap the flag icon on the top left of the screen
  2. Select your preferred language
  3. The app immediately switches to the selected language — no restart needed

What Changes?

When you switch languages:

  • All app interface text updates to the selected language
  • Navigation, buttons, and menus are fully translated
  • RTL layout activates automatically for Hebrew and Arabic — text and UI elements flip to right-to-left

What Doesn't Change?

  • Your custom text in templates — you write this yourself in whatever language you want
  • Guest-facing gallery — The gallery language follows the guest's browser settings
  • SMS/email templates — These use whatever text you've written in the template settings

Tips

Match your market — Use the language your operators and clients are most comfortable with. If you run events in multiple regions, switch languages between gigs as needed.

  • Guest-facing text is separate — The app language affects your admin and operator experience. Template text and sharing messages are set independently, so you can run the app in English while sending guests messages in French.
  • RTL works seamlessly — Both Hebrew and Arabic fully support right-to-left layouts. Everything — navigation, menus, text alignment — flips naturally so the interface feels native in either direction.
  • Custom templates stay as-is — Switching the app language won't touch your template designs. If you need templates in a different language, update the text in the template editor manually.
