Setting Up Your Share Profile
Your Share Profile is ready to use with minimal setup. Here's what you need to know.
Your Profile Name
Your Share Profile automatically uses the name you registered with when you created your ALIVE account. There's nothing to configure in the app.
If you want to change the name displayed on your Share Profile, you can do so from the web dashboard at photobooth.alive-pic.com/dashboard.
Sharing Your Profile
To share your profile with potential customers:
- Go to your Share Profile section in the app
- Copy the link
- Send it to clients via email, text, WhatsApp, or any messaging app
That's it — no QR codes, no complicated setup. Just copy and send.
What Customers See
When a potential customer opens your Share Profile link, they can:
- See your name and available effects
- Browse through the effects you offer
- Select an effect and see what it looks like
This gives them a hands-on feel for what their guests will experience at an event.
Tips
- Send it early — Include your Share Profile link in your initial pitch or quote
- Use it in follow-ups — After a meeting, send the link so clients can browse on their own time
- Keep your effects library fresh — New effects show up automatically on your profile
- Update your name on the dashboard — If you want a different business name displayed, change it at photobooth.alive-pic.com/dashboard
