# Gallery Link Expiration and Photo Storage

Wondering how long your event photos stick around? Here's everything you need to know about gallery link expiration and cloud photo storage.

## How Long Are Photos Stored?

Photos and gallery links are stored in the cloud for **2 years** from the date of the event. During this time:

* Gallery links remain active and accessible
* Guests can view and download their photos
* You can access the gallery from your account

## What Happens After 2 Years?

After the 2-year storage period, photos **are removed** from cloud storage. This means:

* Gallery links stop working
* Photos will no longer be accessible online
* Any locally stored copies on your iPad remain unaffected

We recommend downloading and backing up important event galleries:

* **Download from the app** — Save photos to your iPad's photo library
