# Editing Event Details

Changed the venue? Misspelled the couple's name? No problem. You can update your event details anytime before or even during the event.

## What You Can Edit

* **Title** — The main event name
* **Subtitle** — An optional secondary line (date, venue, tagline)
* **Cover Image** — The image that represents your event in the events list

## How to Edit

1. Go to the **Events** tab
2. Find the event you want to edit
3. Tap the **three dots (⋯)** on the event card
4. Edit the title, subtitle, or cover image
5. Save your changes

## Changing the Cover Image

1. Tap the **three dots (⋯)** on the event card
2. Choose a new image from your photo library or take one with your camera
3. The image will appear in your events list and can be used for branding displays

### Adjusting Cover Image Position (Web Dashboard)

If the cover image doesn't frame the subject perfectly, you can adjust the crop position from the **web dashboard**:

1. Open the event in the web dashboard
2. Find the cover image position control
3. Adjust to focus on the most important part of the image

This feature is available on the web dashboard only — the iPad app uses basic image selection without positioning.

| The cover image is for your organization and branding. Pick something that helps you quickly identify the event at a glance — the venue, a logo, or the client's theme colors.
