# Client & Booking Management

ALIVE has a built-in CRM right in the web dashboard — manage your clients, track bookings, and organize your team, all in one place.

---

## Clients

Keep all your client information organized:

1. Go to **Dashboard** → **Clients**
2. Click the **Clients** tab
3. See all your clients listed

For each client, you can store:

* **Name** and **contact info**
* **Company** name
* **Notes** — Any details worth remembering

### Adding a New Client

1. Click **Add Client**
2. Fill in their details
3. Save

---

## Bookings

Track every event booking with all the details you need:

1. Go to **Clients** → **Bookings** tab
2. See all your bookings at a glance

Each booking can include:

* **Title** — The event name
* **Date and time** — Start and end times
* **Location** — Where the event takes place
* **Client** — Linked to your client list
* **Employee** — Who's running the booth
* **Package** — What package the client booked
* **Pricing** — Total cost
* **Deposit** — Deposit amount and whether it's been paid
* **Status** — Track where the booking stands
* **Notes** — Internal notes for your team

This is everything you need to stay on top of your events — no spreadsheets required.

---

## Employees

If you have a team, manage them here:

1. Go to **Clients** → **Employees** tab
2. Add team members with:
   * **Name**, **email**, **phone**
   * **Role** (e.g., operator, manager)
   * **Hourly rate**
   * **Active/inactive** status
   * **Notes**

Assign employees to bookings so everyone knows who's working which event.

---

## Contacts

Collected contact info from guests (via SMS or email sharing at events) shows up here:

1. Go to **Clients** → **Contacts** tab
2. See all collected contacts
3. Filter by event
4. View contact type (phone/email) and which event they came from

This is gold for follow-up marketing and client reporting.

---

## Tips

* **Add clients as soon as they inquire** — Even if they haven't booked yet, having them in your system keeps you organized
* **Use booking notes** — Jot down client preferences, venue details, or setup requirements
* **Track deposits** — The deposit paid/unpaid toggle saves you from awkward "did you pay?" conversations
* **Export contacts** — Share guest contact data with your clients as proof of engagement

| The CRM is one of the most underrated features in ALIVE. It replaces spreadsheets, sticky notes, and scattered text threads with one clean system. Use it.
